Weekly Planner Generator
Pick any date and generate a time-blocked planner for that whole week, with hours and intervals you set yourself, in A4 or US Letter.
About this weekly planner generator
Pick any single date and this tool works out the full week it belongs to — Monday through Sunday, or Sunday through Saturday, depending on which convention you choose — and lays out a time-blocked grid across all seven days. That means you never need to hunt for "the Monday of this week"; picking any day inside the week you want is enough, including a week that spans the end of one month and the start of the next, or even the turn of a year, since the date math handles those boundaries automatically rather than needing special-case handling.
The hour range and interval are yours to set, since a "typical day" looks completely different depending on who's using it. The default 6 AM to 9 PM in hourly blocks suits a standard daytime schedule, but a student cramming study blocks might want 30-minute intervals, and someone blocking out a lighter week might prefer 2-hour chunks instead. Narrower intervals give more rows and finer control; wider intervals give bigger, easier-to-write-in blocks.
Each day column shows the day name and date at the top, so the printed page is unambiguous about exactly which week and which dates it covers — useful once you've printed a few weeks and they start piling up. If today falls within the displayed week, that day's header is highlighted automatically, the same behavior as the monthly calendar on this site.
Landscape is the default orientation, since seven day columns need width to stay legible and writable; portrait is available if you prefer it or need to fit a specific binder or planner format.
Nothing you configure here is uploaded anywhere; the planner is generated entirely in your browser. As with the other printable pages here, make sure your print dialog is set to 100% scale rather than "fit to page" so the layout matches the preview.
Frequently asked questions
How does the tool know which week to show?
Pick any single date that falls within the week you want. The tool finds that week's starting day (Sunday or Monday, whichever you've selected) and lays out all seven days from there — you don't need to specifically pick the first day of the week.
Can I customize the hours shown?
Yes. Set the start hour, end hour, and interval (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) to match your own schedule, whether that's an early workday, a late one, or something in between.
Does it show which day is today?
Yes, if today's date falls within the week you're viewing, that day's header is highlighted automatically. Viewing a past or future week won't show a highlight, since there's no "today" inside it.
Can I choose Sunday-start or Monday-start weeks?
Yes, matching the same choice available on this site's monthly calendar generator, since the convention genuinely varies by country and habit.
Will this print at the correct size for my paper?
Yes, as long as your print dialog is set to 100% scale or "actual size" rather than "fit to page," which some printers default to and which would shrink or stretch the layout slightly.
